Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

• Receipt or proof of purchase required
• Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong items

Non-Returnable Items:

• Beauty and personal care products (used)
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges: Return the item first, then place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days.
